And the funny thing is that this soccer fever is visible: many Dutch fans dress in orange clothes, and in some streets people even decorate their houses, balconies and/or gardens with orange flags and other objects.
You can see pictures of this phenomenon when you google the Dutch word 'oranjekoorts' (= orange fever)
